workspace: 一个 workspace 可以包含多个项目 (lib, application)，以 ng-zorro-antd 为例，包括有 ng-zorro-antd-lib, ng-zorro-antd-doc。每个项目中配置了多个 architect，默认添加的 architect 有 build, serve, lint, test, extract-i18n，可以直接运行 ng <default-architect>，其他自定义的 architect 可以通过 ng run <project-name>:<architect-name>:<configuration-name> 来运行。
每个 architect 下包括有 builder, options, configurations。builder 可以选择？？？；options 定义默认的编译选项；configurations 下定义不同的环境，用来覆盖 options 中的默认选项。
